Exactly as the title says. Since it's an inflamed nose, I think I need to be careful choosing where to have revision surgery, and for the eyes, I'm planning to just do a slight ptosis correction. Every hospital says something different, so I threw out my entire list and am looking again from scratch. The places I'm planning to go to now are DHD and PPR, and both seem to mainly use rib cartilage, so I'm planning to use autologous costal cartilage. If anyone here has experience having surgery with autologous costal cartilage, please recommend some places. And question about whether silicone can be used in an inflamed nose - people are so divided between saying they don't recommend it and saying it's okay. Which side is right? I'm also considering going completely implant-free. If so, I'll look at hospitals again from scratch.
