If you removed implants while leaving a little nasal tip cartilage or leaving a septal support, is it much more comfortable than a surgically operated nose, even if not as much as your original nose? I'm so worried about my nose. Also, how can you tell whether there is septal extension or a support? I wasn't really given an explanationㅠ When I touch the columella area, it does feel hard.
