I saw a review about full removal, and as the swelling went down the tip of the nose became lower than the original nose. Is that common? I’m not sure whether the surgery went wrong or if that’s just how it is I’m scared and worried it might sag even more than my original nose For everyone who had full removal, did the tip of your nose sag a lot? Please share lots and lots of your experiences
