There are a lot of places that say they’ll use costal cartilage, but I want to do it with only septal cartilage. There wouldn’t be a separate scar either. Is there any specific reason why surgery with only septal cartilage isn’t recommended? I see many people here who had surgery with costal cartilage from the start, so when going around to clinics, why do hospitals recommend costal cartilage? I haven’t had consultations yet, so I’m curious. Thanks in advance
