Is there anyone who regrets having all the silicone and nasal tip material completely removed? Seeing reviews saying that after nasal tip removal, the columella became crooked or the tip drooped more than their original nose is really scary… I keep wondering whether I should remove everything, but then I also think maybe I should leave the nasal tip. What does everyone think?ㅜ
