I went to hospital consultations for contracted-nose revision surgery, and they all mentioned autologous costal cartilage as the nasal tip material. I went to three places: RU, Mijak, and Chamin. For correcting the nose that became shortened because of contraction, correcting the nasolabial angle and using autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip were similar, but their opinions differed a bit on aftercare and implants. Mijak and Chamin - general implants; RU gave me an estimate for a custom implant. Among the three, Chamin's estimated price was the best, and Mijak and RU came out in the 10 million won range. If I want less inflammation, is it better to go custom?
