My first surgery was about 19 years ago I lived fine after that, but 10 years later, after giving birth, contracture developed, so I had revision surgery, but it went badly, so I ended up having surgery several more times I used autologous costal cartilage, then warping happened, so I had revision surgery, but warping happened again... In the end, at the last hospital, I changed to silicone, and I liked the shape too, it was so good But.... whether it’s scar tissue or what, there’s something slightly protruding near the columella, so it looks crooked I got scar tissue injections twice, and it does seem to have improved a little.... Would it be effective if I get one more....?

유메 [@What should I eat tonight] The contracture developed extremely gradually over 10 years, you know? So I changed to autologous costal cartilage, stayed that way for about 6 months, then changed back to silicone, and it’s much more natural. So far, there’s no inflammation or contracture!!
