Hi everyone. It’s been 10 years since my surgery in total. In my first surgery, I had silicone, not septal support extension and not a support strut, plus ear cartilage for 7 years. The ear cartilage in my nose started showing through, so I had it removed in my second surgery. But they left the septal support strut and only removed the silicone and ear cartilage. I was crazyㅜ They really scared me, saying it would collapse or turn up. It’s not like I particularly had inflammation. It’s been two and a half years. But the problem starts here: the nasal tip is showing white again. It’s not protruding, but it shows through, and I can feel the cartilage too. So the removal clinics are the big three, uh…
