I had osteotomy, hump reduction, septal extension, nasal tip surgery, and nostril reduction, and ever since the surgery, it’s been almost a year now, but my nose keeps running. Every single day, it just runs all day long. Clear nasal discharge comes out mostly from only one side. This is a side effect too, right? How should something like this be resolved? The ENT said I should ask the plastic surgery clinic, and that they can’t know why it’s happening there.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
