It was my first nose surgery, and I had it done with autologous costal cartilage. I wonder if the autologous costal cartilage can be reused again after 6 months. If I get revision surgery, I’ve already used up all the implant materials, so there’s nothing left to use ㅠㅠ I felt uneasy about using donated rib cartilage, so I chose autologous costal cartilage, but the columella and nasal tip came out so much not to my liking that I’m so upset I’m going crazy. I want to think of this as my last surgery and get revision surgery, so everyone, please recommend a clinic with no failures ㅠㅠ
