I raised my nose using ear cartilage with a closed approach. But when photos are taken from far away, it looks like a synchronized-swimming nose, so I'm thinking of loosening the tied cartilage. But for revision surgery, is it better to redo it, or is it better to only remove it? I don't know which one has higher satisfaction, so I hope someone can tell me. If I remove it, I can't go back to my original nose.
