I'm debating whether to remove the nose surgery I got 5 years ago or have supplementary revision surgery, so until now I've had consultations with the three major removal clinics, and I have a consultation scheduled at ㅅㅇ. Originally, I had a short nose, low bridge, bulbous nose, and wide alar base. Fortunately my nostrils were not visible, but those were my complexes. Even for my primary surgery, I didn't want anything excessive, so I only had an L-shaped silicone implant inserted and cartilage tying at the nasal tip. No septal cartilage or any cartilage use at all. I had been living fine, but recently after a severe head cold, I developed severe pain and pressure around the glabella and nasal tip, and because of the pressure from the L-shaped implant, the nasal tip has become much thinner and the shape is somewhat visible...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
