This will be my 4th surgery. 15 years ago, for my first surgery, I had open rhinoplasty with silicone on the nasal bridge, ear cartilage used as a nasal tip support, and I’m not sure whether septal cartilage was used. My original nose was short and low, slightly upturned, and had no hump. 5 years ago, I had my 2nd and 3rd surgeries back-to-back at the same clinic. Because of a foreign-body sensation, I had only the silicone on the nasal bridge removed through a closed approach, but because my image changed, I became mentally distressed and had it put back in less than a month later. They only charged me the anesthesia fee. After having the 2nd and 3rd surgeries back-to-back through a closed approach, my nose shape gradually became unnatural, especially from the side. Surgery…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
