5 years ago, I had a 45 mm silicone implant placed in my nasal bridge and my nasal tip built up with septal cartilage. Right now, I want to remove it because of a foreign body sensation from the silicone, and while removing the silicone, I’m thinking of only adjusting the height of the septal cartilage used for my nasal tip surgery. 1. A removal clinic that gets mentioned often: ㅊㅁ 2. A clinic often mentioned for cosmetic purposes: ㅍㄹㅇㅂ Which place would be better? I’m not removing it because of inflammation, so I’m wondering whether I really need to pay more to have the silicone removed at a clinic specializing in removal.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
