I liked my nasal tip, but it sank down, and I just don’t want to be stressed about it anymore, so I want to remove it and just make the nose itself slimmer with osteotomy. Can anyone recommend a hospital famous for osteotomy ???? Has anyone maybe had only osteotomy done? Please share your review ㅠㅠ I’m desperate
