Having nasal silicone removed and getting revision rhinoplasty without an implant seems like it takes a lot of work. Then I think I need to find a more specialized director, but where should I go? While removing the implant, I just want to lower the step-off at the nasal tip a bit. I’m curious what people think of these two places, ㅂㅇㅇ and ㄴㅇㄷ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
