My first surgery was 10 years ago with silicone. The second surgery was 4 years ago or 3 years ago, anyway around then, a revision surgery replacing the silicone and using septal cartilage. The reason I’m trying to have a third surgery is to improve drooping of the nasal tip and nasal obstruction. I don’t know whether the nasal blockage is rhinitis or not, and it started about 1 or 2 years ago. It’s not blocked 365 days a year, but I have intermittent blockage symptoms. I’m looking into whether I can do it together if possible. Since it’s a second revision surgery, I guess I’ll need autologous costal cartilage.
