Removal of protruding alar cartilage

Hi, I had full-removal surgery for my nose. Two years ago, when the entire correction was done, only one side of the inner alar cartilage was protruding, and I didn’t correct it then. At the time I avoided touching it because I was afraid it might shift or collapse if disturbed, and the surgeon also recommended not touching it. Even after time passed, that part kept bothering me, so I thought about it for about two years and decided to go for a consultation. So I went today, and the doctor said about 80% can be removed, that it should not change the shape of the nose, and that it’s a simple procedure that could be finished in about 10 minutes, so…
