Before surgery, my nose drooped way too much, so I asked them to improve it, but they made it into an upturned nose, so I want to take everything out. My nasal bridge was already high, so they shaved the hump and used cartilage tying, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. If my original nose was naturally droopy, could removing all of this make the upturned part come down? Right now it’s sharp and pointy like a witch’s nose
