There’s no smell when I’m just sitting still, but when I press on the right nasal ala, there’s a funky smell. Could this also be inflammation? This happened before too, so I went to an ENT clinic. They said that even if it’s not inflammation caused by silicone, if the nose is sensitive, it can smell, and they didn’t look inside my nose that time either, but said it wasn’t inflammation. I’ve been applying ophthalmic ointment at least, but I’m worried.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
