I had my cartilage tied while doing cartilage repositioning, and now my nostrils show much more than before and the nostrils look pointed, like this. I absolutely don’t want to do it at the hospital where I had the surgery. The reason is that I already had early septal cartilage removal there, and when I first had the surgery, I really didn’t like it, so while removing the septal cartilage early, I asked whether they were also going to untie the cartilage, and they said yes. But then on the day of surgery, they suddenly said they couldn’t undo the cartilage tying, and that if they did, it would droop like a parrot nose, so they didn’t undo it. As a result, I have to wait until the revision surgery timing, so I’m suffering for the 4th month now ㅠㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋ Ha…
