Would it be better to insert autologous dermis after complete removal? I heard that if all the implants are removed, the skin can become wrinkled and curl inward, and that putting my own tissue there is good for maintaining the space and shape. But during my second surgery, I had complete removal and autologous dermis inserted, and it was okay.
