This will be my 3rd surgery, and the reason I’m doing it again is, as I wrote before, issues with nasal congestion and drooping of the nasal tip. My criteria while searching are a director with experience, a place that handles autologous costal cartilage well, and is good at improving functional nose issuesㅠ It would be nice if private insurance coverage is possible, but I’m thinking there’s nothing I can do if it isn’t. Most places say it should qualify if it’s a functional nose issue, but I heard there are cases where it doesn’t, so trying to think about all of that is making my head too complicatedㅠㅠ The places I had been looking into until last time were ㅇㅂㅋ, ㅋㅂㅈ, and ㅇㅇ, but the last one doesn’t seem to go as far as functional nose surgery, so I’m skipping it, and additionally ㅎ…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
