After nasal implant removal, is indentation or sinking of the nasal bridge common?

It’s been 10 years since my surgery, and I don’t have inflammation or contracture, but I want to remove all the implants, so I’ve been going for consultations. But I went to another clinic famous for nose surgery, not one of the top 3 for removal, and after taking a CT scan, they showed me a screen with nasal bridge depression in a 3D predicted scenario and photos of people whose nasal bridges had sunken, saying there’s a high chance I’ll end up like that, so they recommended inserting donated dermis. The thickest part of the silicone was 5 mm, and when I saw the 3D scenario after removal, they said the likelihood of nasal bridge depression and sinking was too high, so they suggested using donated dermis.
