Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Will I need septal reconstruction for revision rhinoplasty ..?!

I had double-jaw surgery, and after double-jaw surgery I had rhinoplasty once. My original nose was a bit small and upturned For my first surgery, about 4 years ago, I had it done simply? with a closed approach: silicone on the nasal bridge + ear cartilage for the nasal tip But now, I don't have contracture or anything like that, but the nasal tip feels like it's lifted back up as much as before surgery ㅠㅠ What I want from revision surgery is to lower the upturned nasal tip, extend the length a bit, and make the nasal tip higher! Yesterday I went to consultations at four places, and at the last hospital I went to, they were the first to say septal reconstruction was necessary They said that because I had double-jaw surgery, the nasal septum had been cut once and weakened, so if I just raise it again without reconstruction, it will lift again over time.. But I didn't hear anything like that at all from the hospitals I went to before ㅠㅠ And I'm also worried that if I do septal reconstruction, my airway might get blockedㅎ Has anyone had septal reconstruction after double-jaw surgery?? I'm also curious how it was for anyone who had surgery without reconstruction..!!
