My first surgery was functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and inferior turbinate resection, done one month ago. I was told I had a nasal bone hump and deviation to the left and right, so while performing osteotomy, they shaved the hump and shaved a little on each side. I was told they bent the deviated septum and aligned it to the center. I was told they slightly trimmed the alar cartilage by 1-2 mm each. For the nasal bridge, minced autologous costal cartilage and a fibrin glue product were used. For the nasal tip, I was told they placed autologous costal cartilage plates on both sides, and because warping could occur, they placed a round piece of my costal perichondrium in the nasal tip. This is the surgical information I have found out so farㅠㅠ They do not explain things first unless I ask about each thing one by oneㅠㅠ…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
