Everyone who has had surgery for a deviated nasal septum, is it easier to breathe afterward? My nasal septum is deviated, and the ENT says I need surgeryㅠ The plastic surgery clinic I looked into doesn't do functional rhinoplastyㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
