Choosing a removal hospital

This is my 7th surgery, and I had the silicone removed 10 months ago, without capsule removal. I have autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and there is slight contracture. 1ㅅㅇ: They cannot guarantee the shape. Columellar curling, columellar retraction, pinching, upturning, and lifting are all highly possible. If there is a capsule, they will remove it; if it is not visible, they cannot remove it. They will do an ear fascia graft to the nasal tip. If septal reinforcement is needed, they will reinforce the septum with the existing autologous costal cartilage. They said there is slight contracture. 9 million won if septal reinforcement is done. 2ㅈㅅ: They said the shape should be okay. Capsule removal is possible, but if the adhesions are severe, they cannot do it. Buttock autologous dermis graft to the nasal tip. If septal reinforcement is needed, septal reinforcement is possible. They said there is no contracture. 13 million won if septal reinforcement is done. For me, this has to be the last surgery for it to be resolved…
