Among everyone whose natural columella was crooked or leaned to one side, is there anyone who has had everything removed? My natural columella was crooked, so it was straightened with septal extension, but I want full removal. If I remove everything, I guess the columella will probably go back to how it originally was Is there anyone here who knows this well?
