I want to find a clinic specialized in noses, so I’m looking into it, but there are so many clinics. There are many clinics I find through searches, but I guess I’ll only get a feel for them after having consultations, right? I’m also curious where celebrities even get theirs done. I want to make my short nose look defined in a stable way using only ear cartilage. But my skin is also on the thicker side, so I wonder if it’s even possible.. Would it be too greedy to hope this could be done well with a closed approach too? But since my skin is thick, I also wonder if it might go back over time.. so I keep thinking maybe that’s why people aren’t satisfied with their noses and keep touching them up, and my thoughts just keep piling up. A clinic specialized in noses would be good, and a clinic specialized in revision surgery would be good too. Is there anyone who can recommend one?
하우니닝 Agreed, there really are so many If your skin is thick, honestly using rib cartilage is fine, and cartilage is fine too.. I think you’ll need to go to clinics and have them look first?? I’m looking at ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅇㅇ, and ㅇㅌ, and they seem to have lots of revision reviews and also seem good at making primary surgeries look naturally glamorous.

고우고우준 Did you have it done with a closed approach for your primary surgery? If it wasn’t properly improved then, open surgery would probably still be better for revision.. I had my primary surgery with an open approach, but my bulbous nose still wasn’t properly improved; So rather than that, for my revision I decided to get revision rhinoplasty at ㅍㄴㅅ using autologous costal cartilage, to properly correct the bulbous nose and return the nostrils to normal. If you want to find a place that’s professionally good at it, check whether they handle a lot of revision surgeries.
학씨중독자 If your skin is thick, because of the pulling force, it may not be possible to raise the nasal tip with only septal cartilage and ear cartilage. That’s why I used autologous costal cartilage at ㄹㅂㄹ to raise my nasal tip.. Not just there, they all said I needed to use rib cartilage ^^ I thought rib cartilage wasn’t used for primary surgery.

노란송편 If it’s a short nose, I think ear cartilage alone would be difficult I had surgery at ㅁㅇㄷㅇ using donated rib cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone. First of all, it’s good to look at places that use a variety of materials, because it’s important to use the right material depending on the condition of my nose.. I think you can go to consultations and get recommendations on which material would be good.
