Hospital for autologous costal cartilage removal

I had nose surgery last December. The procedures were implant-free rhinoplasty, autologous costal cartilage nasal tip surgery, short nose correction, bulbous nose correction, and nasolabial angle correction. To put it simply, my nasal bridge is on the higher side, but I had a short nose with visible nostrils, so I had a consultation hoping only that my nostrils wouldn’t show, and had my nasal tip done with autologous costal cartilage. But now it’s been about 7 months after surgery, and my nasal tip still feels tight, and it has become like a witch’s nose. Personally, I don’t really care about the shape, but the functional issue feels the biggest to me. The pulling sensation 24 hours a day is so uncomfortable…
