I had septal extension using donated costal cartilage, but the nasal obstruction is so uncomfortable that I’m planning to have it removed. My original nose didn’t have a retracted columella, but it was slightly short. If anyone had this removed and their nasal obstruction improved, please leave a comment

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
