As you can probably tell from my posts, I’m looking into removing my silicone at the end of the year and having revision surgery using only autologous tissue for the nasal tip. At one of the clinics I consulted, they recommended Megaderm for the nasal bridge. My natural nose bridge was very low, so I’m tempted to use Megaderm at least for the bridge, but I’m not really drawn to buttock dermis ㅠㅠ How was it for everyone who has used Megaderm acellular dermis? It seems like quite a few people also end up removing Megaderm, so if anyone here has had Megaderm removed, I’m curious about the reason.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
