I’m planning to remove the septal cartilage, mesh, and silicone from my entire nose, but if the septal cartilage at the nasal tip is removed, will my nose collapse? I don’t want to put anything else in my nose anymore and just want to have things removed, but the more I look into it, the more it seems removal isn’t simple, so I’m really scared and worried. Is there anyone here who only had the mesh, septal cartilage, and silicone removed like this?
