It’s been over 10 years since I had my nose done with silicone and septal cartilage, and I’ve been living fine without any side effects or problems. It’s better than my original nose, and my nostrils are a bit uneven, but it harmonizes well with my face, so I’m more or less satisfied. I’m pursuing a more natural-looking face, so I want to remove the silicone, but a few of the clinics I consulted said that even if my side profile looks okay, from the front my nasal bridge may disappear and I might lose some of that three-dimensional look, so I could regret it. That has me really torn. The nose I’m aiming for is a natural-looking nose that suits my face well, where people can’t really tell I had surgery…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
