After my first surgery, I got so stressed because of both shape issues and functional issues with my surgeon, so I’m thinking of looking into clinics around next spring and maybe having surgery again. Setting everything else aside, having cotton packing put in my nose was really hard for me. If I do it again, I’d want to do it closed, reuse only the existing cartilage for the side where I can’t breathe well through one nostril, and just change the shape. For something like this, would nasal packing still be mandatory? If anyone has had a case similar to mine, I’d really appreciate it if you could let me know.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
