I have some cartilage showing through, so I’m going to ask about that too... cjjhh ㅍㄹㅁ, ㅅㅅㅇ, and ㄱㅇㅅ are considered the big three for nose removal, so people seem to visit them together, and a lot of people also go to the other places for removal revision consultations. If you can go to all of them, it looks best to go.
