A review of complete removal for a contracted nose, written right after I had the stitches in my nose removed and came out from my checkup this morning. I’ve always only lurked, and this is my first time writing a post here. I think it’s going to get long, so I’ll write casually. First of all, the reason I’m writing this is because from when I started looking into complete removal until about day 5 after surgery, I was mentally falling apart, constantly going through open chat rooms and this community like crazy, reading reviews over and over. Even after the removal was done, I was staying up all night worrying about side effects that hadn’t even happened yet, afraid contracture might come again. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
