1 month ago, I had rhinoplasty with osteotomy, silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage, and 15 days ago I had everything removed at that clinic. What’s really disappointing is that they said the osteotomy can’t be reversed.. I’m thinking of going to Dr. Jin ENT for osteotomy restoration. Would that place be okay? Has anyone had experience with osteotomy restoration? After rhinoplasty, I can only make a tired-looking expression My nose has a thin, straight bridge, but only the nasal tip is wide, and when I smile using the muscles I used to use, only my nostrils/alar area gets really big, ha My philtrum won’t lift either. Looking at my original nose, it was so pretty.. I’m seriously having a reality check. I can’t believe my dreamlike 20s have become this hard. I can’t meet anyone anymore, and wherever I went people used to like me because of my appearance, but now that’s not the case Please help me.. I regret so much that I listened to others and got greedy.

룰라1233 After removing everything, did your nose shape change a lot??
므므뮤뮤 [@룰라1233] It’s been about 2 weeks now, and since I didn’t reverse the osteotomy, I’m thinking that if I hadn’t had the osteotomy, it probably wouldn’t have changed much.. Because of the osteotomy, only my nasal bridge became thinner. Other people say they can’t tell that it changed much, but the facial expression muscles I can use still feel a bit different. It feels like I barely have any contraction phase either, so in my opinion, my nose feels smaller because of the osteotomy. And the skin/flesh has become a bit thinner than before.

므므뮤뮤 [@] Yes, I don’t like it and it doesn’t come back, because I had osteotomy and had the septal cartilage removed.
