I am thinking about nose implant removal, but I feel like the nasal tip might collapse if I do total removal, so for now I want to remove the silicone. But I am scared that the nasal bridge will look too spread out, flat, or become a saddle nose. There are hospitals that supplement with fascia or dermis; has anyone here tried it? After silicone removal, I am thinking of repositioning the cartilage at the nasal tip or making the nasal tip shape a little roundedㅠㅜ I want a nose like Shin Se-kyung or Karina, a bit flat from the front but slightly elegant from the side.
