Autologous costal cartilage is used a lot, right? Is it usually used on its own, or are cases where septal cartilage and ear cartilage are used together more common? How are OM, The Door, and It Item??? For reference, this is a revision rhinoplasty, so as long as the nasal tip drooping can be minimized, I don’t mind using multiple materials.. though I thought it would be better to know before going
