After silicone surgery 7 months ago, because of a side effect (they said it was contracture), I had removal surgery, and they say that for revision surgery I only need to pay the material cost. But shouldn't the hospital cover even the material cost??? I haven't decided on the material for the revision surgery yet, but somehow I feel wronged... What should I do?
