First surgery was 13 years ago: 4 mm nasal bridge implant, nasal tip septal extension or support strut, ear cartilage. I’m not sure whether it was septal extension or a support strut, but after consultations, one place said they think septal cartilage was used as a support strut, and another said it was an extension, so I don’t know. That plastic surgery clinic has already closed down, so I can’t get my operative records, and it’s been too long to find them.
