Nose Re-Surgery

I'm considering revision rhinoplasty..... but if the skin doesn't stretch, I can't…

I haven't gone for a consultation yet, but Even during my first surgery, my nasal bridge was very low and my skin wasn't the type to stretch well, so they said there wasn't much room and that if they made it too high, the implant would show through. That was almost ten years ago, and I remember hearing things like, usually if you put in an implant, the skin stretches later, creating extra space, and you can have revision surgery then Now that I look at it, my nose is also too small, the line isn't great, and when viewed from the front, my nostrils show too much, so I'm considering revision surgery. Then suddenly, what they told me during my first surgery came right back to me Among everyone here who was told, like me, that their skin doesn't stretch well, has anyone had a consultation for revision rhinoplasty?
