My first surgery went badly, so I had everything removed after just 10 days, but my nostrils look different from my original natural nose The nasal tip is turned up and the nostril shape changed, so my front-view impression has changed slightly. I guess it’s because of the bulbous nose correction. If the cartilage is released, will my nostrils go back to how they originally were? And maybe they tied it with sutures, because I can’t smile, so I look like an artificial person When will I be able to smile? I really want to go back to my natural nose

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 8 Why block the nose again after removing the cotton?
I had revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage, and today the cotton was removed, but then they blocked my nose again with tape. Why would that be? I asked the nurse whether bleeding hadn’t been controlled during surgery, and
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 8 What do you think of the aesthetic sense for total removal at ㅅㅅㅇ?
Of course, the goal would be to safely and cleanly return to my original nose, but I kind of want half a spoonful of the surgically enhanced nose mixed into my original nose When I look at ㅅㅅㅇ, while removing the nasal bridge, they seem to
