My first surgery went badly, so I had everything removed after just 10 days, but my nostrils look different from my original natural nose ㅜ The nasal tip is turned up and the nostril shape changed, so my front-view impression has changed slightly. I guess it’s because of the bulbous nose correction. If the cartilage is released, will my nostrils go back to how they originally were? And maybe they tied it with sutures, because I can’t smile, so I look like an artificial person ㅜ When will I be able to smile? I really want to go back to my natural nose ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
