I had revision surgery after my first surgery 14 years ago. About a year after the first surgery, my nasal tip drooped, so I got an after-service correction, but the tip drooped again, and I only just had surgery again now. During that time, my nose also seemed to bend little by little? Since it happened after surgery, I thought it was because of the surgery, but during this revision, the doctor said my face naturally leans to the left, so even if I have revision surgery, there’s a possibility it could happen again. I’m on day 9 after surgery now, and I’m not sure if it’s because the swelling hasn’t gone down yet, but when I take photos, it looks slightly crooked It’s not that my nose clearly looks crooked, but because of things like the way the lighting reflects, it looks that way. Should I keep watching it a bit longer
Lalaby Isn’t that because of your own unavoidable asymmetry? People’s left and right facial heights are naturally different, and quite a lot of people have crooked noses. If it’s very noticeable or the columella itself has become crooked, that would be a pretty big issue, but if the surgery wasn’t done incorrectly, then as long as you have asymmetry, you need to take it into account to some extent.
