Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Does contracture always happen no matter what..??

I have a high bulbous nose with a hump, and I want to improve the bulbous tip, so I only want to do about this much without an implant: ear cartilage, cartilage tying, tissue removal, and fat removal. Honestly, I only want cartilage tying and tissue removal, but I’m worried there won’t be any improvement from the front. When I look at reviews, most people seem to use the nasal septum as a support strut. Is a support strut absolutely necessary? If only ear cartilage is used, do contracture and inflammation still happen? Is everyone getting nose surgery after deciding that they’ll have a revision surgery later? If side effects are going to happen, I just want to do cartilage tying only… Sorry for so many questions. I wrote this in the chat room, but no one answered, so I’m trying hereㅠㅠㅠ
