I raised my nasal tip by having bulbous nose correction with an autologous costal cartilage support strut and autologous costal cartilage placed on top of it. I want to lower my nose again, so I want to have it removed. But if I do that, will my nasal tip spread out and become much more bulbous? ㅜㅅㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
