This would be my 3rd nose surgery, and I’m looking into nose surgery again. Why is a bulbous nose so hard to correct in one go? It seems really hard to make it look slim from the front. I heard the body itself has a tendency to return to its original state, and I guess that must be true. Please tell me about reviews from people who successfully had bulbous nose correction.
