For my first nose revision, I had a 5 mm Gore-Tex implant, and after 7 years, a small bump like a lump formed in the middle of my nasal bridge due to calcification. So when I had the revision, I got a 3 mm silicone implant, and because my nasal skin was thin, they added dermis from my buttock fat, and used septal cartilage for the nasal tip. It’s been 7 years now, and since about 3-4 years ago, the tip of my nose has been drooping, and because the skin around the nasal tip is thin, the silicone is a bit noticeable if you look up close. But other people don’t know unless I tell them. My nose doesn’t hurt and there’s no problem at all in daily life, but it just bothers me. For reference, I really liked the shape when I first had the surgery too…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
